Analysis by RT-PCR of viral sgmRNAs generated by rTGEVs with CS-L substitutions. After ST cell infection with rTGEVs, total RNA was analyzed by RT-PCR with specific oligonucleotides to detect all viral mRNAs. Viruses with CS-L substitutions are indicated on top of the figure.
