(A), SpsD_167–519 was incubated in wells coated with recombinant mouse K10_1–570, K10_1–145 and K10_454–570. (B), SpsD_167–519 was added to ELISA wells coated with GST-human K10_544–563, (HK10_544–563); or GST alone. Bound SpsD_167–519 was detected by addition of mouse anti-SpsD_37–519 IgG, followed by HRP-conjugated rabbit anti-mouse IgG. (C), GST-HK10_544–563 or GST alone were subjected to SDS-PAGE, electroblotted onto nitrocellulose filter and probed with SpsD_167–519 followed by incubation with mouse anti-SpsD IgG and HRP-conjugated rabbit anti-mouse IgG.
