Endogenous LAMTOR3 protein is present in the cytosol of both LAMTOR2−/− and LAMTOR2f/−MEF, and its mRNA levels are up-regulated in LAMTOR2−/−MEF. A, total cell lysates (TCL) were prepared as described under “Experimental Procedures.” The samples were separated by SDS-PAGE and probed with the indicated antibodies. B, LAMTOR3 mRNA in LAMTOR2f/− and LAMTOR2−/−MEF. Random hexamer primers were used and normalized to GAPDH levels.
