GRP170 targets αENaC for degradation in HEK293T cells. HEK293T cells transfected with HA-tagged αENaC cDNA and with either a human GRP170 expression vector or a vector control were subjected to cycloheximide chase reactions as described under “Experimental Procedures.” Whole cell lysates were subjected to SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies.
