Effect of Siah2 overexpression on Nrf2 accumulation. Hep3B cells were transfected with empty pcDNA4 vector (MOCK) or pcDNA4 containing FLAG-Siah2. Forty eight hours after transfection, the transfected and WT Hep3B cells were grown under normoxia or hypoxia for 6 h. Two independent clones were used. Total cell lysates were immunoblotted using anti-Nrf2, anti-FLAG, anti-HIF-1α, or anti-β-actin antibodies.
