Apparent Km of PvSUB1r, PfSUB1r, and PbSUB1r for synthetic FRET-based substrates
The apparent Km of PvSUB1-DE, PvSUB1-FR, PfSUB1-DE, and PfSUB1-FR for the three purified recombinant enzymes were calculated from the determination of the initial velocity (Vi) of the enzymatic reaction in presence of substrate concentrations ranging from 250 to 2 μm and 80 to 0.625 μm for the DE and FR substrates, respectively. The values are expressed in micromolars as the mean (± S.D.) of a minimum of three independent experiments. ND stands for not determined.
