As there were three distinct slopes for post/pre dose distribution, thus animals were grouped into four: animals without ADA, not shown in the graph, (a) animals with low level of ADA with post/predose of <100, (b) animals with mid-level of ADA with post/pre of >100 but <500, and (c) animals with high level of ADA with post/pre of >500.
