mtDNA RFLP composite haplotypes were derived from restriction enzymes AvaII, HaeIII, HinfI and RsaI. Two regional assignments are listed for each population: the first regional assignment classifies a population according to the microsatellite analysis, and the second is based on the mtDNA analysis.
