Standard curves for ORF7 gene was constructed using 10-fold serial dilutions of the linearized plasmid ranging from 106 copies to 1 copy per microliter. ORF7 mRNA levels in serum samples of different group were measured at each time point following PRRSV infection. Each cDNA sample was tested in the RT-PCR assay in triplicate.
