Rio and cv. BTx623 (red circles). Twelve trans-membrane domains are predicted. The membrane topology was generated using the TMHMM server v 2.0 (http://www.cbs.dtu.dk/services/TMHMM/) and TMRPpres2D viewer (Spyropoulos et al.,2004).
