NB, In some cases PCTs classified as potential outliers reported similar breastfeeding figures to PCTs not identified as potential outliers, this discrepancy is due to differences in PCT size. Breastfeeding initiation: performing above – Hampshire, Sheffield, Somerset; performing below - Dudley, Sefton. Any breastfeeding at 6–8 weeks: performing above – Devon, Leeds, Sheffield; performing below – Brent. Exclusive breastfeeding at 6–8 weeks: performing above – City and Hackney, Devon, Leeds, Sheffield.
