‘I-SceI⁺/total’ indicates the fraction of Ade⁺ survivors that were capable of being re-cleaved by I-SceI, demonstrating that they had used precise NHEJ. ‘Colony Survival’ is the fraction of Ade⁺ colonies that had survived by total, precise and imprecise NHEJ relative to all cells plated. ‘Relative Efficiency’ is the efficiency of total, precise and imprecise NHEJ for mutant strains relative to wild-type Dnl4.
