EphB4 is localized within vascular structures during hepatic remodeling in cirrhosis. Liver tissues of rats administered either vehicle or CCl4 were fixed and coimmunostained for either EphB4 and an HSC marker, PDGFRβ or EphB4, and a marker of SEC after liver injury, von Willebrand factor (vWF).
