NOTE: GI₅₀s of SAHA at 1.04 µmol/L for PC3 and the compound 2 at 1.54 µmol/L for PC3 and 1.3 µmol/L for LNCaP were used. A549 cells were treated with 10 µmol/L of compound 2 and SAHA. No obvious change at 1 µmol/L concentration was observed. MCF-7 cells were treated with 1 µmol/L of compound 2 and SAHA.
