Global fitting was performed on unfolding curves measured in urea at 1 μm RbAB concentration and 10 μm peptide using the m-value and ΔGUNF value for the isolated RbAB domain determined in the urea unfolding of the isolated RbAB domain (Table 1). The measured CD and CSM signals were normalized prior to fitting.
