cDC-derived IL-23 triggers innate IL-17/IL-22 production. IL-23p19−/− mice were painted with IMQ for 2 consecutive days. (A) Relative expression of IL-23p19, IL-17A, and IL-22 in back skin of 2-d IMQ-treated mice was analyzed by quantitative RT-PCR. (B) Serum levels of IL-6, TNFα, and IL-22 were quantified by CBA.
