Protein levels of MAP kinase kinase (MEK-1/2), p-MEK (Ser218/Ser222), p44/42 MAPK (ERK-1/2), and phospho-ERK-1/2 (pERK; Thr202/Tyr204) were measured in the total hippocampal homogenate from WT (n = 6) and SR−/− (n = 6) mice. Values are expressed as the optical density (OD) normalized to WT values (% WT). All values represent the mean ± SEM.
