Numbers may not total 108 because of missing information in some strata.

SD: Standard deviation.

CL: Confidence limits (computed with bootstrapping [10,000 repetitions]).

§

P values correspond to Spearman rank correlation coefficient ρ.

The homogeneity test statistic was calculated as follows: χ2 = [(ρstratum1 − ρcommon)2/sestratum12] + [(ρstratum2 − ρcommon)2/sestratum22], where ρstratum1 is the ρ value of the first stratum in each comparison, ρstratum2 is the ρ value of the second stratum in each comparison, ρcommon is the ρ value of both strata combined and SE is standard error.47

#

The critical P value threshold for five post hoc tests (α = .20 and a šidák correction of P < .04).

**

Dash indicates not applicable.

††

Data in cells are age in months but variable is categorized according to age in years.
