H. pylori strains grown in liquid culture were resuspended in pH 7.0 brucella broth and imaged. Bacterial movement was analyzed using particle tracking software in ImageJ. A minimum of 300 tracks were analyzed for each strain, with each track defined as one bacterium tracked in at least 8 consecutive frames.
