Cardiac atrophy is associated with increased Beclin1 protein expression. Total levels of Beclin1 in BL6 and ApcMin/+ mice at 12 and 20 weeks of age. Data are normalized relative to the amount of GAPDH and results are expressed as arbitrary units for comparison.
