Strong decay refers to an 80% or larger reduction of signal intensity after 60 ms of recoupling. Weak decay refers to a 20% or smaller reduction of signal intensity after 60 ms of recoupling. The underlined predictions are not consistent with our experimental results (Fig. 5A).
