Inhibition of DNA synthesis of BT-549 cells by VA extracts. Log phase proliferating cells were treated for DNA synthesis with various concentrations of VA (10 or 1000 μg/mL) for 18 h followed by 6 h treatment of 1 μCi/ mL [³H] thymidine.
