moDC maturation status after MeV infection. (A to E) moDCs were infected at an MOI of 4, and the levels of cell surface markers CD80 (A), CD86 (B), HLA-DR (C), CD83 (D), and CD209 (E) were determined. The mean fluorescent intensity (M.F.I.) of the maturation markers was determined by flow cytometry. Graphs show the mean ± SEM from 2 donors.
