Effect of EGCR4 on the growth and metastasis of SCCHN in vivo. Groups of nude mice were inoculated with 2.5×10⁶ M2 cells that had undergone different treatments. Vector, transfected with pFLAG-CMV-2; ECRG4, transfected with pFLAG-CMV-2-ECRG4. The development of solid SCCHN tumors was monitored every 3 days.
