RAW 264.7 cells were infected with LF82 and treated with or without the proteasomal inhibitor MG132 (10 µM) as before. Addition of the iNOS inhibitor L-NAME (100 µM) did not cause any decrease in caspase-3 activity in cells where the proteasome was blocked. P-value NS (Not significant).
