Results of a bootstrap test assessing the across-participant reliability of the no-think, scene results. Green bars indicate the distribution of P(theory consistent) values obtained by running 1000 pseudoreplications of the experiment. For each pseudoreplication, we sampled 26 participants with replacement from our actual set of 26 participants, and we re-computed P(theory consistent). 947 out of 1000 pseudoreplications had P(theory consistent) values greater than .5.
