(a) A 47-year-old female with right optic neuropathy. Her preoperative CAS was 10 in the right eye and 9 in the left eye. (b) 8 weeks after unilateral, right orbital decompression, she had resolution of her right optic neuropathy. Her postoperative CAS was 3 in the right eye and 4 in the left eye.
