B16F10 cells (2.0×10⁴ µg/mL) were pre-incubated for 18 h, and the melanin content was assayed after incubation of the B16F10 cells treated with α-MSH (100 nmol/L), melasolv (40 µmol/L), and the CCE (12.5, 25.0, and 50.0 µg/mL) for 72 h at 37 °C in a 5% CO₂ atmosphere. The absorbance was measured at 405 nm by an ELISA.
