Methods employed to measure variability: SD: Standard deviation; IQR: Interquartile range; CI: Confidence interval. Failure limit: The attempt to establish an emergency cricothyrotomy is defined as a failure if this time limit is exceeded (“–“indicates that no time limit is defined).
