Incubation of HL cells with the histone deacetylase inhibitor vorinostat leads to increased expression of ERV3. Expression of ERV3 was analyzed in HL cell lines with and without 1 μM vorinostat by quantitative RT-PCR. Presented are means and standard errors from triplicates.
