Reduction of circulating anti-CII Ab titer in serum of mice with CIA. N = 6. Peptide 6 was injected i.v at 0.5 mg/kg and 1 mg/kg. Relative levels of anti-CII Ab titer were observed with peptide 6-treated mice compared to control peptide and control groups with no treatment. Values represent the mean ± SEM. Statistical analysis indicated that p < 0.05 for peptide 6 treated mice compared to control and control peptide-treated mice.
