EPI64B enhances amylase secretion in the absence of Rab27A, but not when Rab27A and Rab27B are both missing. A, isolated pancreatic acini from ashen mouse pancreas were incubated with 2 × 107 pfu/ml adenoviruses coding for EPI64, EPI64B, or GFP for 16 h. B, isolated pancreatic acini from Rab27A/27B double KO or WT mouse pancreas were incubated with 2 × 107 pfu/ml adenoviruses coding for EPI64B or GFP for 16 h.
