Effects of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) (a) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) (b) on the cell viability of muscle cells. Cells were treated with 0 (control), 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, or 500 µM of EPA or DHA, and incubated for 6, 24, or 48 h. Cell viability was determined using the WST-8 assay.
