Infectivity enhancement was calculated as the relative infectivity of Δnef-viruses trans-complemented with these Nef mutants to Δnef-viruses trans-complemented with wild-type Nef.
Binding to dynamin 2 was calculated as the relative band intensity of Nef to the band intensity of dynamin 2 in immunoprecipitated samples.
Binding to tetherin was calculated as the relative band intensity of Nef to the band intensity of tetherin in immunoprecipitated samples.
