IL-15-mediated activation of NFkB may involve p38MAPK/Akt pathways. RBE4 cells expressing an NFkB luciferase reporter were pretreated for 1 h with either Bay 11-7082 (Bay) or SB203580. Cells were then treated with either IL-15 (5 ng/ml) or TNF (5 ng/ml) for 6 h in the presence or absence of inhibitors.
