The Photosystem I relative antenna size was measured in the wild type, stt7 and ptox2 strains in oxic (dark and vigorous stirring) and anoxic conditions, as described in the text and illustrated in Fig. 3. It is expressed hereafter normalization to the PSI antenna size measured in the wild type in oxic conditions. In each case the association of LHCII mobile antenna to PS II or PSI is highlighted by (State I) or (State II), respectively. The data are the average of nine independent experiments.
