Inhibition of rVSVΔG/MARVGP plaque formation by MARV GP-specific mAbs. rVSVΔG/MARVGP was inoculated onto confluent Vero E6 cells and incubated at 37 °C for 2 days with 1.0 % agarose in maintenance medium in the presence (2, 10 or 50 µg ml⁻¹) or absence of each mAb. Cells were stained with crystal violet. mAbs AGP127-8 and MGP72-17 are MARV GP specific. mAb APH159-1-3 was used as an irrelevant negative control.
