Microarray analysis of exo-miRNA target gene expression. HeLa cells transfected with each of exo-miRNA duplexes were subjected to microarray profiling. Differential fold changes in gene expression caused by the transfection of either strand of fifteen different exo-miRNAs. The results of the opposite strands of miR-1, miR-346 and miR-466 were not shown, because these miRNAs were not registered in miRBase. The MA plots and cumulative distribution patterns are shown in Figure S1.
