LM11A-31 crosses the blood–spinal cord barrier efficiently after SCI. The amount of LM11A-31 in the plasma and the spinal cord tissues was determined 3 d after injury by LC-MS/MS. Note that LM11A-31 levels increased in dose-dependent manner both in the plasma and the spinal cord. The tissue/plasma ratio for LM11A-31 was 3.5 and 4.7 at 25 and 100 mg/kg, respectively.
