NAC attenuates curcumin (CC) plus trolox's cytotoxicity. Fifteen minutes prior to addition of curcumin (10 µM) and trolox (50 µM), NAC (1 mM) was added to A2780 cells. Cells were then cultured for 72 hours and cell viability was measured by the MTS assay.
