Note that for the AO task, there were no pictures on the screen, and consequently the Stimulus parameter was not manipulated. Bold indicates that the percentage of selective neurons was significantly higher than that expected by chance (binomial test, p < 0.05). Asterisk indicates that the proportion of selective neurons was significantly different between the two areas (χ2 tests, p < 0.05).
