C: Plasma proteins incubated with Sc-SRP-6 in the presence of 1.0 mM PMSF. After incubation for 30 min at 37°C, reactions were heated to 90°C under non-reducing conditions for 10 min and resolved in a 10% SDS-PAGE gel.
