Asterisk indicates significantly different (p < 0.05) from baseline (saline control) conditions. Numbers in parentheses indicate the number of subjects contributing to that data point if fewer than the total number of subjects (4) tested during treatment with 1.0 mg/kg/h phendimetrazine. This number indicates phendimetrazine treatment eliminated responding in one or more subjects during that component of the choice procedure. Other details as in Figure 1.
