CatG/SLPI/DNA complexes stimulate IFNI production via endosome-localized receptors. Purified pDCs were stimulated for 24 h with the indicated factors: DNA, 2 μg/ml; CatG and SLPI, 1 microM. Bafilomycin (Bafi) was pre-incubated with the pDCs at 25 nM for 30 min, followed by the addition of the CatG/SLPI/DNA mixture.
