(A) Representative pictures of uteri from the pregnant mice injected with T. gondii ESA at G5, which were transferred intravenously with 2×105 freshly isolated CD4+CD25+T cells from the mice mentioned above at the first day post injection. The control mice were injected intravenously with 0.2 ml of sterile PBS at the same time. (B) The percentage of CD4+CD25+ Tregs was reduced at the first day post injection. * p<0.05 the comparison between 0 day and 1 day after post-injection with T. gondii ESA.
