Splenocytes were plated at 2×10⁶, co-cultured with 2×10⁵ irradiated MT-901 tumor cells, and incubated for 48 hours. Culture supernatants were analyzed for IFN-γ production using commercially available ELISA kit. Data shows the mean ± SD of triplicates. *indicates p<0.05.
