Cellular uptake: MDM were treated with 0.1 mM of each nanoART and levels of H1008, H1013a, H1013b, H2014, H2009, H2013, and EFV in cells quantified by HPLC over 24 hrs. Cellular retention: NP-loaded MDM was collected every 2 days over a 15-day period and levels of nanoART in cell lysates quantified by HPLC. Release: culture media from NP-loaded MDM was collected every 2 days over a 15-day period and levels of nanoART release quantified by HPLC. (#P<0.05, *P<0.01; **P<0.001).
