Secondary structure composition of each protein was calculated using PYMOL. Ub refers to ubiquitin; N refers to the total number of residues in the protein; Qassn is the percent completeness of assigned resonances (backbone and side chain 13C, 15N, 1H resonances). Structures that were calculated as dimers are represented by an asterisk
