HS1 and Itk interact in T cells. CD4+ T cell blasts were stimulated with anti-CD3 for the indicated times (minutes), treated with pervanadate (PV), or left untreated. HS1 was immunoprecipitated from lysates, and immunoprecipitates were analyzed by Western blotting for HS1, phosphorylated HS1 (by blotting for total phosphotyrosine, pTyr), or Itk.
