Images captured before and after the occlusion for both methods are shown for 2 different animals in the study. In each case, baseline LSCI images were acquired for 1 minute and ICG images were acquired during a single-bolus intravenous injection of the ICG dye. Once a stable clot had been formed within the selected branching vessel (arrow), a second bolus injection of the ICG dye was again administered intravenously to visualize the postocclusion vasculature.
